Visualization: Emotional Structures
The images are basically algorithmic organisms connected to audio compositions, generated in real-time by the open-source rendering engine OGRE. In that way, the work does not only explore how bodies can function as an interface in immersive environments, but investigates the technological possibilities of open source applications.
These algorithmic organisms are generated according to the electromagnetic activities of the participants' body in relation to their proximity or touch (also in time) to the performer/antenna.

The data analysis and the surround sound are programmed using PureData .
Both the visuals and the sound are generated and constantly interfered from the presence and the movement of the bodies on the interface. Depending on the relative location around the performer/antenna, they are translated onto screens and acoustic coordinates.
The application runs on Linux.
